A joint venture between the Piran Salt Pans in Slovenia and Taiwanese artisans, this soy sauce is fermented and brewed in terra cotta jars by a traditional method using only black soybeans and no preservatives or GMOs. Farmers mix the beans with salt from the Adriatic Sea to create a rich soy sauce — this particular variety is especially good with lighter dishes like grilled vegetables or sushi. Made in: Taiwan.
