The official name of this ponzu is translated as “”A Bit More Luxurious Ponzu””. Unlike the common ponzu sauce, this one has a much varied amount of use for dishes. Using a combination of soy sauce, stock from dried bonito flakes, dried kelp, sugar and then adding the Japanese fruit juices of yuzu and sudachi, it becomes a luxurious type of ponzu sauce.
