Hillsborough County (Florida) dedicated our 9/11 Fallen Heroes Memorial on Sept. 11, 2014. The memorial is a permanent tribute to the victims and survivors of that tragic day. The memorial includes a large piece of steel from the World Trade Center and some awe-inspiring stainless steel statues, with the purposeful appearance of ash-covered victims and first responders as was witnessed that morning. The two rectangles are scaled-down replicas of the original footprints of One World Trade Cent
